Thailand measures beds in feet of mattress width, which confuses almost every newcomer. Here's the conversion: a Thai 3.5 ft bed (107 cm) is close to a US Twin / UK Single. A Thai 5 ft bed (152 cm) equals a US Queen / UK King — the most popular couple's size here. A Thai 6 ft bed (183 cm) matches a US King / UK Super King.
