Commissioning furniture should be clear. A few useful details are enough to begin, with decisions refined as proportion and materials become visible.

01

Begin with design, space and budget

Choose a bed or sofa reference close to your goal and mark what you would change, such as length, arms, headboard or upholstery. Share room photos, approximate measurements and budget for an initial discussion. You do not need to decide every detail at the first step.

02

Check condominium delivery access

Share the building, floor and management rules, plus lift-door, lift-interior, corridor and apartment-door dimensions. Photograph tight turns. The team needs to assess section sizes and handling before confirmation; fitting inside the room does not prove that the furniture can reach it.

03

Approve the design and materials before production

Check outer dimensions, extensions, heights and material codes on the approval drawing. Screen colours are a reference; compare physical samples when choosing upholstery. Request a quotation stating included items, payment terms, the agreed timeline and delivery charges for your location.

04

Prepare for delivery

Confirm the delivery window with the team and building, clear the route and prepare the installation area. On receipt, compare the design, material code, number of pieces and agreed functions. Photograph and report anything needing attention, and retain the quotation and warranty terms.

NEED A SECOND OPINION?

Have dimensions or a reference ready?

Send them to the team. We can point out what to measure and what is needed for an initial estimate.
