Your mattress sets the measurements
These are approximate mattress widths encountered in our projects, not an exact feet-to-centimetres conversion or the outside bed-frame dimensions. Widths vary by brand and model. A paired layout uses the sum of the actual widths of both mattresses; confirm length, thickness and the join before production. Custom one-piece mattresses are also possible.

Before you order
Is the named size the overall bed width?
No. It refers to the requested sleeping or mattress width. Upholstered edges and the headboard can increase the external dimensions. Confirm the real measurements before production.
Can you make 4, 8.5 and 9.5 ft beds?
Yes. These are made-to-order sizes. Send your mattress dimensions and room measurements so the team can plan the bed around them.
Do family beds require one large mattress?
Not necessarily. The layout can be planned around one mattress or several. Tell the team the size and thickness of every piece and discuss the joins before production.
Does the quote include the mattress?
Check the itemised quote. A mattress appearing in a project photo does not mean it is included. Price depends on the agreed dimensions, design, upholstery and delivery.
Can I see upholstery samples in person?
Visit the Private Showroom at The Master @ BTS On Nut–Phatthanakan, daily 10:00–19:00 by appointment via LINE. Nationwide delivery is available; upcountry delivery is quoted by destination.
Can you make a bed to fit my existing mattress?
Yes. Send the actual width, length and thickness in centimetres for every mattress. Sofa Bed Studio can make the base and headboard to suit, with the overall bed dimensions confirmed separately.
Which mattresses can form a 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 or 12 ft family bed?
Example pairings are 7 ft: 3.5 + 3.5; 8 ft: 5 + 3; 9 ft: 3 + 6; 10 ft: 5 + 5; 11 ft: 5 + 6; and 12 ft: 6 + 6. Confirm each mattress in centimetres, including length and thickness.
