Questions before choosing upholstery
01Can I approve bed or sofa upholstery from the website image?
Use the image to choose a direction, then approve colour, hand, weave and specification from a physical sample. Screens and light can change how a colour appears.
02Do you offer water-resistant or pet-friendly fabrics?
Selected collections do. Properties and care differ, so the team checks the specification of the exact collection against the intended use.
03Can I supply my own fabric?
It can be reviewed for residential or contract work. Width, repeat, stretch, quantity and suitability for the furniture form must be checked before production.
04Should I book before viewing samples?
Yes. Send the furniture type, room images, palette, approximate budget and use case on LINE so the team can prepare a relevant shortlist.
